Guesser wonders why it only loops over 158 bytes of map_area_object_table looks like there is some stuff in 9385.ctl and from 967A_context.ctl it looks like routine07 is a sound effect from 97A3.ctl, routine11 is to display whether a cast spel succeeded or failed looks like I made a start on routine12 in 97D1.ctl B375 has some stuff (although needs more context) From BDA5 it appears that routine42 is used to display the UDG's A-D I'll have to check while in game, but BEB2 has some "ENGAGED TO ENEMY" messages. These are used when you or one of your creatures is adjacent to an enemy and thus are prevented from moving - only an attack or a spell is possible BAD6 - might be worth a comment that DH_P stands for Double Height Printing I was using this window for the notes but I will take a copy soon when I finish ;-) I think I'm done - just going to check the last few but from the file names I think they are early ones I'll need to check but looking at RUNDY at 8FEA, that looks to me like it is generating a random list of spells to give to the wizard at the start of the game. I think "GETHIS" might be an acronym for "Get His Spells" and "HISPEL" short for "His current Spell". We'll see :) (I need to check if the 2-65 is an index into a list of possible spells or not ^^)
